5 Course Degustation Dinner

On Monday the 27th August our Head Chef Russell and Food and Beverage Manager Dean alongside Robert from Oatley Wines hosted the Club’s first 5 course Degustation Dinner. This was a free event for those in attendance. The Dinner was a great success with over 35 of our members and theirs partners in attendance. The Club has received some brilliant and very positive feedback in relation to the event.

The Menu was sourced from local produce including Tweed River Prawns & Bangalow Pork. The Menu consisted of 5 smaller course meals ranging from Seafood to Grilled Lamb cutlets and homemade citrus tarts.
